We are 100 days smarter!
On April 1st, the preschool students at Magic Moments Preschool celebrated the 100th day of school. The winter weather pushed the 100th day back a couple weeks, but the students enjoyed celebrating nonetheless. The students collected different items and brought them in to share with their fellow classmates. We had a lot of different and creative items join our classroom for the week. The items included marshmallows, toy soldiers, toilet paper rolls, suckers, gummy bears, cotton balls, golf tees, Lego candy pieces, beads, gems, connect builders, and Q-tips. We created a museum outside of our classroom to share our items with the other members of our learning center. Along with our items we also created crazy hats, where the students took ten strips of paper and added ten dots to each paper. Throughout the morning the students focused on creating bundles to explore the number 100. The number 100 became a fun and exciting number as the students realized they were truly 100 days smarter. Our 100th day was full of unique items, excited students and plenty of laughter.
